Lynda Kiesler has been a science teacher at Albert Lea High School since 1997. She received her BS in Biology and her BS in General Science from Mankato State University in 1997, her MS in Education from Southwest State University in 2001, and has done post-graduate work through Hamline University, Bemidji State University, and Minnesota State University - Mankato.
In 2001 Lynda earned the Golden Apple Award. In 2002 she was a Teacher of the Year finalist. At ALHS Lynda is a Building Technology Coordinator, a College in the Schools instructor, an ATPPS Professional Learning Community Facilitator, and a member of the K-12 Science Committee. She's also a member of the National Science Teachers Association and the Minnesota Science Teachers Association.
Lynda oversees the 6-12 science as part of the Teaching and Learning staff.
