Max Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science in Teaching from Winona State University and is entering his 13th year of teaching. He previously worked in the family business with Xerox Sales and Marketing. Currently he works in the business department at Albert Lea High School. He has taught a variety of classes in the business department from 8thgrade through 12th grade in his 13 years.  For the 2017-18 school year, Max will be teaching a new Game Programming class, Personal Finance, Small Business Ownership, and TigerVision, the school’s five-minute live news broadcast. 

Max serves as the District AV coordinator, department head, and is the Head Boy’s Golf Coach.

Max was the 2008 Wal-Mart Teacher of the Year. He is a member of the National Scholastic Press Association and the Minnesota Coaches Association.

Max is a proud 1990 graduate of Albert Lea High School. He has served as Head Football Coach and assistant basketball coach for both boys and girls. He's been a coach for Albert Lea since the fall of 1994.
